We use your data to: provide and operate the trading platform; comply with AML/KYC regulatory requirements; process transactions and manage your account; send service communications and, with your consent, marketing messages; improve our products through aggregated analytics; detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
