1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Qinvest's trading platform, website, and related services ('Services'). By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country of residence. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading in CFDs, foreign exchange, and other leveraged products involves a significant level of risk to your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Qinvest recommends that you seek independent financial advice if you are in any doubt.
5. Client Funds
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier-1 banks, separate from Qinvest's operational funds. This segregation protects your funds in the event of the firm's insolvency, subject to applicable law.
6. Order Execution
Qinvest acts as a market maker and/or STP broker depending on account type and instrument. Orders are executed at the best available price at the time of execution. During periods of extreme volatility, slippage may occur.
7. Fees and Charges
Fees include spreads, overnight swap rates, and inactivity fees as disclosed in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to amend fees with 30 days' written notice. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your trading activity.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. Qinvest reserves the right to terminate your account immediately if prohibited activity is detected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on the Qinvest platform are owned by Qinvest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qinvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or interruption of service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
12. Amendments
Qinvest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
